Captain and Crew

Captain Reynaldo Rubalcava

Rey Rubalcava was born in Texas and raised in Washington State. At an early age his curiosity and love for the water led him to the state of Alaska for exploration and adventures. There he became a commercial fisherman in the Bering Sea, Aleutian Islands and Gulf of Alaska. Becoming a Captain of a fishing vessel introduced Rey to many opportunities to explore places that only a hand full of people will ever see or set foot on.

Rey had a desire and passion to spend more time in the culture (and warmer climate) of Hawaii. This motivation led him to the great Island of Hawaii and Kona; there he found the Miss Mojo and decided to make her part of his future. Rey’s love for the water, fishing and meeting new people has cemented a future in the town of Kailua-Kona. He looks forward to having new adventures of the warmer kind for many years to come onboard the Miss Mojo, on Sport fishing trips, or snorkeling adventures with you.

Captain Rassan Hall

Captain Hall is a "local boy" born and raised on the islands of Hawaii that cherishes the beauty Hawaii brings to both locals and tourists alike. He has lived and breathed the Hawaiian culture, from surfing, fishing and swimming with manta rays.  He shares his "tall tales" of growing up on the islands and always knows where the best dive spots are for ultimate manta ray experience.

Lead crew brooke morrow

Born and Raised in Houston, Texas, Brooke relocated to South Florida to work in the boat industry as a yacht detailer. After opening a bar in the Florida Keys and learning more about the life of a "pirate" she decided to move to the Caribbean where she worked as a deckhand for a liquidation yacht delivery company in the U.S. Virgin Islands. In search of a bigger island, she found her home in Kailua Kona on The "Big Island". Her passion for the ocean and all that it provides has led her straight to her own piece of paradise. She looks forward to sharing her love for the ocean and this magical island with YOU!
